Caitlin Duckett
High Performance Physiotherapist

Caitlin graduated from Macquarie University in 2016 with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree, and also has a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science from ACU.
Caitlin has loved experiencing all realms of physiotherapy however, has found her passion to lie with sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in Rugby League and has been fortunate enough to be involved with the Penrith Panthers Rugby League and Western Sydney Academy of Sport, junior representative program for four seasons. In her fifth season she will be the Academy physiotherapist.
Caitlin has a particular interest in athlete testing, developing individualised sports specific injury prevention programs and of course, working hard to return athletes to the field to help win that premiership.

Paul Kuchin
High Performance Physiotherapist

Paul graduated from The University of Sydney in 2015 with a Masters of Physiotherapy, and also has a Bachelor in Health Science. Paul has a special interest in upper limb injuries with a special focus on hands attending courses specfically for hands to become a specialised hand therapist. 
Outside of the clinic Paul enjoys playing Touch, Muay Thai and has a passion for motor sports. 

 

Ehsam Popal
High Performance Physiotherapist

Ehsam graduated from The University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy, and also has a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science.
Ehsam has a special interest in knee sporting injuries especially ACL and other knee ligament related injuries, he also has a special interest in post surgical hand injuries. 
Ehsam has a wide range of knowledge in relation to sporting injuries with his favourite sports being Soccer, Tennis and Mixed Martial Arts.

Tammy Ong
High Performance Physiotherapist

Tammy graduated from The University of Sydney in 2018 with a Masters of Physiotherapy degree, and also competed a Bachelor of Health Science in 2016.
Tammy is our Women’s Health Physiotherapist who would love to combine her knowledge and passion for women’s health along with her passion for sport into one to help all those women who partake in amateur to elite sport. 

Tammy loves all things sports related especially Baseball, Volleyball and Touch Football, she is also currently the head physiotherapist for Sydney Blue Sox. 

E-Quine Lim
High Performance Physiotherapist

Quine graduated from The University of Sydney in 2018 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy, and also holds both a Bachelor and Masters degree in Psychology from the UK.
Whilst Quine enjoys treating a range of injuries she has found her passion of treatment to be lower limb and wrist specific injuries. 
Quine has a particular interest in Mauy Thai and Powerlifting.

Alan Tran
High Performance Physiotherapist

Alan graduated from The University of Sydney in 2018 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy, and also holds qualifications in dry needling, sports taping along with being a qualified level 1 sports trainer. 

Alans love for physiotherapy began at a young age through his own personal experience of rehabbing his own ankle and knee injuries because of this his favourite injury treat is ACL both prehab and post operative. 

Outside of the clinic Alan likes to participate in basketball, cricket and gym activities including powerlifting, weightlifting and CrossFit.

Joshua DeRooy
High Performance Exercise Physiologist

Josh has a Bachelor degree in Sports and Exercise Science, as well as a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He also holds is a qualified Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach with ASCA (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association)
Josh has a particular interest in improving his knowledge in reduction of re-injury risk in return to sport in those with ACL reconstruction, as well as improving cardiac outcomes in those with heart conditions.

Lachlan Holroyd
High Performance Exercise Physiologist

Lachlan has a Bachelors of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology from The University of Sydney. 

Lachlan has a special interest in working with patients suffering from shoulder injuries and diabetes. He loves all things sports especially AFL, basketball and cricket
