What Should I Bring to My Appointment?
It is important to bring with you all X-Rays, CT scans, Ultrasounds or MRI’s if you have had any, both old and recent relating to current injury on your assessment consultation. Also it is a good idea to bring along clothing which allows us to assess you appropriately – shorts, singlets, sports bras and loose clothing are recommended.
Do You Bulk Bill Consultations under Medicare?
Yes we bill the WorkCover provider, approved employers, DVA, Injurynet or CTP insurer directly. We need you to bring along the details for the insurance company or compensable body ASAP. If you are on an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program we can assist you with claiming your medicare rebate on the spot.
Do I need a Referral?
Short answer NO. If you wish to claim your injury through CTP, Medicare or WorkCover then you will need a referral from your GP.
Can I Get Public Transport?
