Neck pain can be devastating to live with.  It can get you suddenly such as with an acute wry neck or it can build up over time due to poor posture.  Other times it can be the result of a motor vehicle accident (Whiplash and associated disorders) and can also include cervicogenic headaches and referral into the arms and upper back.

It can affect the way you use your arm including throwing, swimming or that ever important golf swing or it may affect your ability to work in front of a computer, reading a book or when using a phone or tablet.

We can look at the soft tissues of your neck and ensure that you have the appropriate mobility through our manual and dry needling techniques.  We can also assist with diagnosing the serious stuff.  Importantly though we will look at how your neck works and show you ways to make it work better.
